MeMeMe part 2
One interesting thing about this meme is that while trying to come up with ten items that weren't stupid or boring, and which also didn't include my sister (I couldn't very well say "attended school in England" whenspringbok1 was going to be reading this, or "bought a mouse in Mousehole, Cornwall," or "gone on a date with someone I met online...while dialed up at 2400 baud!" or any number of other things that we both did for one reason or another) I kept thinking of great items that OTHER people could use on their lists. Like, I could probably do a list of ten things that springbok1 has done that you haven't done. Or a list of ten things that probably_lost has done that you probably haven't done.
As a side note -- my sister mentioned a few weeks ago that for a while she was pronouncing "meme" as "me-me" because, well, they're always about Me! Me! Me! I thought this was funny (and really appropriate). Me! Me! Me! La la la Me! All about Me! You're so interested in Me! Kind of goes right to the heart of the whole "blog" concept, doesn't it?
