While I'm bragging about my daughters

March 12th, 2012 (09:58 pm)

Kiera wrote and illustrated a story, which Ed scanned, transcribed, and put online for your reading pleasure.

It's pretty awesome, in my totally unbiased opinion. Kiera's eight, and in second grade.

Quite a skilled storyteller! I liked it (especially the ending.)

Awesome indeed, both on the creative side and the business side if she's already got the next book in the series planned out!

I wish I was running a D&D game so I could send players up against that serpent and its bunny army!

And well you should be proud of your daughters. Molly is a future mathematician and Kiera's book is very impressive.

It contains research! Glorious! Also, the sentence, "His horse followed feebly" is great.

I love this! She is very skilled for her age. The story has good structure, great vocabulary, and a great sense of humor. Good job Kiera! Keep it up.
